PDF XChange Editor can import raster images and allows some basic editing tools, but it is not designed for advanced vector graphics editing like Adobe Illustrator. It does have an eyedropper tool to select colors.
After you have created several style palettes in your measuring tools is there any way to organize them?

The only thing that I've found are the links you're seeing below. There isn't an exact instruction on how to do what you've asked, but I believe this should help you as well.
The Eyedropper tool can be found in the "Tools" tab of the PDF-XChange Editor. To use it, select the tool and click on the color you want to sample.

Hyphenation words are showing as spelling errors. We want to ignore the hyphenation in spell check. Is there an option for this ?
